Yes, you will receive the same product that you see in the picture. We use high-quality materials and printing techniques to ensure that our products match the images on our website. However, please note that there may be slight variations in color and size due to different monitor settings and measurement methods.
You can view your sales receipt in your email inbox after you place an order. You can also access your sales receipt from your account dashboard on our website. Please make sure to keep a copy of your sales receipt for future reference.
We will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed items within 90 days of the latest estimated delivery date for most items.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@attirs.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Please note that any products that are returned must be in their original condition and packaging. We also do not accept returns of products that have been customized or personalized by the customer.
The return is free only if the product is misprinted, damaged, or defective. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a new product or a refund. However, if you want to return a product for any other reason, such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size, you will have to pay for the return shipping yourself. We do not offer exchanges for these cases.
Please note that Attirs will request that you provide photographs of the affected items to provide feedback to the 3rd-party printer that fulfilled your order.
We try our best to keep our inventory updated and restock items as soon as possible. However, some items may be discontinued or limited edition and may not be available again. If you want to be notified when an item is back in stock, please sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media.
We ship worldwide to most countries and regions. You can choose your shipping destination and method at checkout. Please note that some countries may have additional customs fees or taxes that are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are interested in some of our products and you want to make your purchase, it's now easier than you think with Attirs, all you need is a PayPal, a Payonner account, or a credit/debit card, and go ahead by clicking "Buy Now" on the product page then enter your information and congratulation for your new purchase.

Can I track my order?
We rely on a global network of shipping services (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available.
To cancel your order, please use the button below to contact us. This is how the process will go:
- You’ll contact us to cancel your existing order.
- We’ll give you a voucher with the full value of the canceled order.
- You can place a new order with the right stuff!
You cannot cancel your order after it is shipped. However, You can reject/return the goods after it is delivered to you).
When your order status is "Awaiting Shipment”: You can cancel your order. Please contact us, select a reason for cancellation, then [Submit] the request.
You don't want us to give you a voucher with the full value of the canceled order.
please make sure to mention that you don't want a voucher, and we will send your money back to your bank account.
Please take it easy that the fund is guaranteed as Attirs knows how important your money is and we make sure that the refund is handled accordingly. Usually, it takes 3-20 business days, varying with different banks, for buyers to receive the refund after the refund is successfully processed by Attirs.
