Some things to keep in mind:

  • Attirs does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health or hygiene reasons. Returned orders won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

  • You can make a return request within 90 days of receiving the product.
  • The cancellation must be made in writing via the Attirs's contact form.
  • You cannot cancel your order after it is shipped. However, you can return the goods after delivery.
  • After contacting us, when you request a return from Attirs, we typically provide you with a return label that you can use to send the goods back. You’ll need to package the items securely and drop them off at a designated location, such as a carrier drop-off point or a local post office.
  • Packaging and Documentation: All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product. Items returned without original documentation may be rejected.
  • Alterations: Any product that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

All refunds for defective product returns will be processed within 21 days after we receive the returned products.
